VIII

For our eighth anniversary release, VIII, we made a 10% English Style Barleywine and aged it in Buffalo Trace (60%) and Woodford Reserve (40%) barrels for 2 years. This beer is like an amped up version of III, one of our favorite anniversary beers to date.  

VIII is thick and sticky, with layers of honey, dark fruit, toasted nuts, chocolate, and oak. It's best enjoyed at cellaring temperature, celebrating with friends. Cheers to 8 years of BG!  

• You must have a Shopify account to purchase bottles. If you’ve purchased beer from us, you may already have a login. If not, you’ll need to create an account. You must be logged in for VIII to appear in the shop.

• This release will not be a lottery. Bottles will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

• We will be releasing the bottles in three separate waves:

  • Wave 1: Tuesday, May 17th @ 2pm

  • Wave 2: Tuesday, May 17th @ 8pm

  • Wave 3: Thursday, May 19th @ 12pm

• Bottle limits are set at three per customer. Only one order may be made per person. Bottles are 375mL each. 

• Bottles will be available for pickup starting Sunday May 22nd at 12pm in the Braddock Beer Garden. We will not be shipping anniversary bottles. We will hold bottles for up to two weeks (6/5/22).
